Since
the Internet was invented in the 60s, this has developed around the
world. Today almost all the cities in the world have some contact with Internet on their computers, tablets or smartphones.
This resources gives a lot of good information about almost everything but it
also have a “B side” that show the most creepy and weird stuff.
It says
you shouldn't believe everything they say on the internet because the source
of information is uncertain and unknown, unless, the information are supported
by institutions and serious source of knowledge like universities, government
institutions, laboratories, and other groups with some kind of prestigious
outside this virtual world.
Today
the Internet is accessible to everybody and any time. And I think that one
of the major concerns it’s how close the childs are, how much access they
have about this and about what subjects. Because they are susceptible that the
bizarre information affect them more than an adult person. Beside when we
getting older we know what we are doing or looking in internet and aware about
we are seeing.
Everybody
knows that in the Internet we can find playgrounds, manuals, video music of our
favorites artists, etc. but also pornography, bizarre video and thing that a
children should not see
I think
one of the most problems it’s the bad control in our homes about the access to
the internet. I believe that we can’t stop the flow of information, whether
good or bad, it isn’t on our hand. Because the virtual world is completely
dispersed and immaterial.
The Internet has no filters unless you put them, beside it’s the people themselves who put the information that other persons will see.
This is
why I think that we have to control the kind of information that comes to our
homes through the Internet. We have to be the filters and when the times comes
and the boy or girl was no longer a child gives them and help them with the
tools and guides to use this resources in the best and most profitable way.
I am
not denying the fact that 15 years boy or girl search pornography, I
think it is natural the curiosity, but I’m not considered correct that a 10
years child sees.
I can’t
say that the internet is good or evil, I think that in the diversity about this
we find the best and worst of the world. And we have to be careful.
I agree with you about the few control we can see on internet. I think is very difficult for the children decide self -consiously what can see , especially with teenagers, because them are in a period of discover new things.
